The Art of Food

Try it you won't regret it.

"The eye eats before the mouth". Preparing food has always been an art for me. That's why I like preparing food, because food is not only a matter of eating, I like to think about food as a painter would think about his painting!
Arepa is one of the easiest but delicious recipes, so here are the ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of water and 1 tsp of salt for each cup of Arepa flour
White cheese of your choice. If you want, you can mix more than one kind together
Grab a few tomatoes and slice them very thin.
Sauce: Mix mayonnaise and mustard together.

You mix the flour, the water and salt and then you make them into patties and you fry it in hot oil until they become a golden-yellowish color.
Then remove them from the oil.
After that, you  slice it open, and fill each patty sauce, cheese and the tomato. Bon Appetit!
