Technology is said to improve the way people develop and maintain their relations. It;s is not only the technology of information. But also the technology of communication. This progress of development of technology helps in accomplishing different types of work, easily and without consuming a lot of physical energy.
Friends will also stay in contact through internet games, although the distance that separates them might be far. This is especially good, for students or parents living abroad and far from their family. It helps them stay in contact and ion touch with each other. And not only talk with them, and hear their voices, but also to see them, as if they are living right next to them.
Personally, I am against excessive use of technology. Because I see that it seprates people and makes them more distant, than it relates them. Since we are used to the virtual chatting, we are more likely to spend time with people and not talk with them, because we would be too much concerned with the virtual world that we forget we are sitting with other "real" people. So many people would prefer to leave their family, and spend time on this virtual world, and not sitting with them. So that it is clear to us the more we are integrated in technology, the less we become in being integrated in the real world.
