Do you healthy food at least 3 times a day?
Do you have at least 7 hours of sleep each night?
Do you practice sport at least 3 times a week, in an open area?
Do you forgive yourself and others?
Do you have good relationships with your friends, family, and others?
Do you have at least one best friends?
Do you help yourself with book?
Do you visit a therapist or social trainer?
Do you accept yourself as your are? And if not try to improve yourself?
Do you reward yourself and feel happy at least half of the time?
Do you really know yourself and love yourself?!
If you answered no to at least 3, your should try to evaluate the reasons why it made you not being able to answer this question with a yes. Try to find solutions to help you achieve the questions above, in order to be a happier you!
